You stay with us in a small apartment building with just ten units, right in the car-free centre of Los Cristianos on Tenerife. The beach, harbour, restaurants, shops, cafés, a German bookshop and the approx. 10 km seafront promenade are all close by. That means short walks and a quiet setting at the same time, ideal if you want an uncomplicated holiday on Tenerife. The apartment is designed for up to three guests. In the bedroom there are two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, which can also be pushed together, as well as a built-in wardrobe. The living area offers a sofa bed. For your stay, we provide Wi-Fi, an open kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, kettle, two-ring hob and dining table, plus a shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included. A particular feature are the two furnished rooftop terraces, which are shared. You will find garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and outdoor showers there. A shared washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available. The accommodation is also suitable for longer stays and for guests who like to have everything within easy walking distance.

★★★★★Although the house is right in the middle of everything, it is very quiet – unlike many hotels in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas. From around 11 p.m., there is silence in the car-free zone. It takes two minutes to get to the beach or the promenade, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Key handover went smoothly, and the remaining payment was also completely hassle-free. If you have any questions, the office is open five days a week. It is very nice that towels and bed linen are provided, that fresh ones are supplied twice a week, and that the apartment is cleaned. Overall, it was very clean when we arrived and also in between cleanings. We would definitely recommend the agency in Germany, the local agency, and this apartment building to independent travelers.
